APlus Clean Services is a professional cleaning company specializing in Commercial Cleaning, Carpet Shampooing and Upholstery Cleaning, Floor Polishing, and General Contract Cleaning. 2. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you enter into a binding agreement with APlus Clean Services. The terms of this agreement include:

Scope of Services: The services we provide will be as outlined in your service contract or agreement. Any additional services may incur extra charges.

Service Quality: We strive to deliver the highest standards in all cleaning tasks. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

3. Payment Terms

Rates and Charges: All service rates will be clearly communicated before the commencement of work. Any additional tasks or requirements may result in an adjusted fee.

Payment Deadlines: Payments are due within the timeline specified in your invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to our discretion and only applicable in cases of service failures or cancellations agreed upon by both parties.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are expected to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for our staff to perform cleaning tasks.

Inform us of any specific cleaning requirements, sensitive areas, or fragile items that require special attention.

Ensure all necessary utilities, such as water and electricity, are available during the service.

5. Liability

Property Damage: While we exercise utmost care, APlus Clean Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Insurance: We are insured for public liability; however, clients are advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage for their property.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or other emergencies.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, availability may vary.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Client Information: We collect and use client information solely for service provision and communication purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Modifications to Terms

APlus Clean Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
